Can I pay my fines over the phone or online?
The court does not accept payments over the telephone or online. You can mail in your payment via money order, bank check, or with your credit card information at the bottom of your fine notice. You can mail your payment to the Sennett Town Court, 6931 Cherry Street Road, Auburn, NY 13021. Please note, a 2.99% convenience fee is charged when using a credit card/debit card. You can also appear at the Court Clerk's office Monday-Friday 9:30 am-3:00 pm at the Sennett Town Hall and pay, where you may use any method of payment besides personal checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. If mailing your payment and you would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
What do I do if my license is suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles?
If your license is suspended for failure to appear - this means you have to enter a plea to the ticket. You should contact the court for the best way to proceed.
